The Regional Account Manager acts as the sales contact for a multi-state region/territory, driving sales of Tiger-Sul products through distribution partners and other channels. This position will also provide technical support to customers in the territory. This is a unique opportunity for the ideal candidate to sell product into the agriculture market.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Account Manager at Tiger-Sul Products, LLC, a part of Tessenderlo Kerley. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing, and growing existing accounts, creating and implementing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients and prospects, cold calling, providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred. BS Agriculture or Business degree, CCA is a plus
- Prefer more than five years of sales experience with a history of building new business
- Ability to travel extensively, likely 60% to effectively cover territory and develop new business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and able to learn CRM system
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver on time and within budget
- Demonstrated initiative; results oriented and able to work independently
- Proven ability to be highly organized and to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and present ideas confidently and persuasively
